Processors and subprocessors

Notify runs on a deliberately small set of suppliers. All of them are listed below, with what they process and where. A data processing agreement is in place with each party and all storage is in the European Union.
Processors

Supabase and Vercel in turn use Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the EU. Both suppliers publish their own subprocessor lists.
Push notification delivery services
To reach your phone, a notification has to pass through your device's push service. These are not processors we engage — they are part of your operating system or browser:
- Apple Push Notification service (iPhone, iPad, Safari)
- Firebase Cloud Messaging / Google (Android, Chrome)
- Mozilla Push Service (Firefox)
These services receive the notification encrypted. They cannot read the title or summary; only your device can. What they do see is that a notification is on its way to a particular subscription.
What we deliberately do not use
- No advertising or tracking networks.
- No third-party analytics.
- No external fonts or scripts on the page.
- No AI services that process your personal data.
Changes
If we add or replace a processor, we update this page and note the date at the top. For a change that affects your data we will give at least 30 days' notice through the app or by email, so you can decide whether you want to stay.
